But Really I Want Pizza ...
So it's Tuesday. That means it's Body Pump day. I love BP...it's weight lifting class to music. Tuesday also means Hot Hula Fitness...but truth be told I haven't been to Hula class in a month...
I AM TIRED of racing all over the place going gym to gym to hit those Hula classes. That's real talk. And the way my gasoline is set up with my bank account...you know the rest. So I been doing my thing in Body Pump only for right now... It's annoying but it isn't. I'm just going with what is. And right now that's where I'm at with my Tuesdays.
-Shrug-
BUT on another note I have found a couple of new food staples!
-CABBAGE
Chopped cabbage red & green pepper, boiled in water, a tbs of coconut oil, salt, & pepper, & Lawry's. BOOM! The pot lasts forever! It's almost as good as my grandma's (Gma puts sugar and some meat)
-Egg Muffins
The egg muffins I make are totally full of protein & veggies. I whip a dozen eggs, add a little bit of shredded cheddar cheese (a cup) and chopped: SALMON, spinach, mushroom, tomato, green & red peppers. Pour the mix into the muffin pan. 350 degrees. Bake for about 25 minutes. BOOM! Protein & veggies! <3
-But The Real Truth....I WANT PIZZA. FROM CHUCK E. CHEESE. AND I HAVE BEEN WANTING PIZZA FOR MONTHS. Sigh. I've been good cause my results are steady but I really want a pizza from Chuck E. Cheese! LMAO- (Yes Honey Chuck E. Cheese!) LOL
