WHY SHAKEOLOGY??

Very simply, Shakeology is a nutritious drink that offers your body amazing health benefits!

Not only does shakeology give you a healthy does of calories and protein (140 calories and 17 grams of protein), it does it without overloading you with fat or sugar. On top of that it is full of many vitamins and minerals that are in proportionate amounts to each other, and can take the place of your normal daily multi-vitamin tablet.

You are more likely to feel full and satisfied after drinking shakeology because your body will be getting what it needs! No more hungry, unsatisfied feeling you get with other meal replacement drinks. Shakeology reduces your cravings and helps you to lose more weight. Also, the exotic ingredients in shakeology are full of prebiotics and digestive enzymes that aid in improving digestion, regularity, and nutrient absorption.

You also get a healthy serving of antioxidants and phytonutrients to help counteract free radical damage that can lead to degenerative diseases.

Now...Why I love it and drink it Every Morning:
Even though I eat a pretty healthy diet most of the time, I have my "off" days. Where I almost miss a meal-but drinking Shakeology ensures me that I will have one (or two) healthy, perfect, meal every day.
My skin clearer, I'm losing weight, my hair + nails are healthier, I have crazy energy and creating the recipes is big fun in the kitchen!!!
I wanted to reply to everyone at once and provide a spot for you to come back to if you wanted!! As always-if you have any questions....HIT ME UP!

Complacency Is Easy

ABOUT THE WORK:
The duty of your health is yours....and yours alone. Unless you are cared for my another person and can not handle your self care, feeding and body moving....the duty is yours. THE WORK IS YOURS-as will be the results.

When I want something I get it-Always-almost to a fault! Because I work my ass off...and use every power in my being to create it, til it's mine.

So on the cusp of my bday I am saying now is the time!
It's Time To Work.
Time to Stop the BS...Stop the nonsense and Stop the excuses....I know I can be focused to the point of blindness-but like I said I always get what I want.

If you want to change your body and you need a plan and you are ready for Some WORK. I will help as much as I can.
Though we are close to the end of this year, change IS POSSIBLE!

BUT lemme say this about the Work:
-IT IS NOT EASY
-YES I BE HUNGRY
-SOMETIMES MY FOOD AINT THE MOST DELICIOUS THING (sometimes on a rare occassion - it is)
-WHEN I EAT THE RICH YUMMINESS MY STOMACH OFTEN GETS SICK
-IT TAKES TIME
-I'M ALWAYS DOING MY HAIR. (And my hair is thick like Bob Marley and I have no perm and no hairdresser FYI)
-I GO THRU SOAP + LOTION LIKE CRAZY CAUSE I USUALLY SHOWER TWICE
-I DON'T ALWAYS BE IN THE MOOD TO WORKOUT.
-MY BODY BE SORE AS.....
-I DO NOT ENJOY PUSH UPS, CRUNCHES OR SQUATS
-ANNNNNNDDDDD QUITE OFTEN MY ANKLE HURTS OR SWELLS FROM DOING CARDIO.
-SWALLOWING VITAMINS GIVE ME THE GROSS CHILLS
- I DON'T REALLY LIKE SCHEDULES...OR ALOT OF SAME SAME DAILY ROUTINES(KINDA FREE SPIRITED.)

I say all that Not to complain but to point out-WHATEVER EXCUSE U HAVE-I GOT ONE TOO.

Decide. Commit. Succeed.
Do the work-trust the process-BUT You AND ONLY YOU have to do the work.
Complacency Is Easy. So easy...so comfortable and sometimes our inner circles don't push us to "more". Often encouraging our levels of mediocrity to be viewed as our "success".
WELL THAT'S NOT HAPPENING HERE - SORRY! WANT MORE!? WELL #DOMORE!
Work til you get everything you want!

Now, what was your 2010 New Years (Fitness) Resolution??
(FYI-I completed mine #justsaying)

Happy September!! (Commitment)

So I been MIA from my blog but I've returned...My birthday is in a few days and I wanted to get back to keeping in touch. And I wanted to give a lil update on what's been happening in the world of HipHop911...

Well 1st off I'm down a total of 40 pounds with another 35 or so to go....and I've been through all the stuff one goes through in the process of creating a new body....I wanted to send a note about Commitment....
I remember a day in January-I was chatting with my besties and I said "I don't want to wear clothes from lane bryant no more...cute stuff but I just don't want to."

And as I sit on the cusp of my bday and THAT LB SHHHH DON'T FIT!! LOL.
I've given away almost half my closet and I basically have nothing that fits.

It doesn't happen overnight. It's challenging. It's a journey. It's a COMMITMENT.

Definition:
commitment noun /kəˈmɪt.mənt/
[C or U] when you are willing to give your time and energy to something that you believe in, or a promise or firm decision to do something.
[C] something that you must do or deal with that takes your time.
(Definition of commitment noun from the Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary)

SO WHAT DO U BELIEVE IN??
I DECIDED TO BELIEVE IN ME....
The same way I believed in the PT that taught me how to walk...The same way I believed 50 Cent could sell 4 million copies in one month. The same way I believed in a lot of other things I've committed to.
This time I decided to believe in me.

I believe in the power of my body. I believe in my body's ability to change-to develop. And therefore I commit every day to my body.
Not to a scale.
Not to a dress size.
Not to an ideal weight number.
I'm committed to creating the healthiest body I can. I want to do my best for this package God gave me. So I've committed to that. I'm doing that. And come hell or high water....I will have my million dolla body....because my commitment makes me DO THE WORK.

And you know what....it ain't that hard when you are committed. It's Not.
Think of all the things you are committed to....it's not hard to do what those things require. Because you are committed.
I worked a 50 Cent Album on Thanksgiving-Did album stock checks on Christmas Eve-was at events on Christmas Day!! I believed, was passionate & committed...so I did the work. I was committed through lay offs of friends...committed while driving cross state through snow storms...committed when I knew I was under paid...when I hadn't slept in days...When I was in the 14th hour of a 20 hour day...So committed I showed up for events I'd planned AFTER they had laid me off...I WAS COMMITTED...(or slightly crazy huh?-no-I am a woman of my word. If I say I will - I will...even if...)
Oh and I'm sure you thinking "that was your job-you had to be"...
NO I DIDN'T - I COULDA QUIT...I could have given less of myself...I could have done something else...hell, I threatened to quit OFTEN...near the end, I threatened walking out DAILY!! LOL

But I never did. And we all knew I wasn't going nowhere...shoot, I went down with the ship...because my first real commitment had been to my career. I put my career before everything...everyone...including myself...(the stories I could tell - check out the broken ankle blog where I ask my doctor why he can't fix me like he did the pro athletes, so I might return to work-As my foot dangles, damn near detached from my leg-he asks my mom "what does she do" and my mother just stood shocked...MADNESS)

To think that I would put anything before my health is now insane to me. Yes I need a job...yes I want a career but my health - my "me" has to be able to come first. PERIOD. I can no longer give more to -blank company- than I have given to "me". It is not even in me to give like that any more - And I thank God for that.

How committed are You to Yourself? And if you are So committed, would you really be giving up? Quiting? Or walking away? Hmmmm...That's the reality check question I pose to myself sometimes and I reply to myself:

"VENT, WHINE, SCREAM, CRY...then Get Off Yo *** and DO..."

Do the work-trust the process-BUT U GOTTA *DO THE WORK. After the work there is ACHIEVEMENT.
(I'll talk about "the work" + Achievement next time)
