The duty of your health is yours....and yours alone. Unless you are cared for my another person and can not handle your self care, feeding and body moving....the duty is yours. THE WORK IS YOURS-as will be the results.
When I want something I get it-Always-almost to a fault! Because I work my ass off...and use every power in my being to create it, til it's mine.
So on the cusp of my bday I am saying now is the time!
It's Time To Work.
Time to Stop the BS...Stop the nonsense and Stop the excuses....I know I can be focused to the point of blindness-but like I said I always get what I want.
If you want to change your body and you need a plan and you are ready for Some WORK. I will help as much as I can.
Though we are close to the end of this year, change IS POSSIBLE!
BUT lemme say this about the Work:
-IT IS NOT EASY
-YES I BE HUNGRY
-SOMETIMES MY FOOD AINT THE MOST DELICIOUS THING (sometimes on a rare occassion - it is)
-WHEN I EAT THE RICH YUMMINESS MY STOMACH OFTEN GETS SICK
-IT TAKES TIME
-I'M ALWAYS DOING MY HAIR. (And my hair is thick like Bob Marley and I have no perm and no hairdresser FYI)
-I GO THRU SOAP + LOTION LIKE CRAZY CAUSE I USUALLY SHOWER TWICE
-I DON'T ALWAYS BE IN THE MOOD TO WORKOUT.
-MY BODY BE SORE AS.....
-I DO NOT ENJOY PUSH UPS, CRUNCHES OR SQUATS
-ANNNNNNDDDDD QUITE OFTEN MY ANKLE HURTS OR SWELLS FROM DOING CARDIO.
-SWALLOWING VITAMINS GIVE ME THE GROSS CHILLS
- I DON'T REALLY LIKE SCHEDULES...OR ALOT OF SAME SAME DAILY ROUTINES(KINDA FREE SPIRITED.)
I say all that Not to complain but to point out-WHATEVER EXCUSE U HAVE-I GOT ONE TOO.
Decide. Commit. Succeed.
Do the work-trust the process-BUT You AND ONLY YOU have to do the work.
Complacency Is Easy. So easy...so comfortable and sometimes our inner circles don't push us to "more". Often encouraging our levels of mediocrity to be viewed as our "success".
WELL THAT'S NOT HAPPENING HERE - SORRY! WANT MORE!? WELL #DOMORE!
Work til you get everything you want!
Now, what was your 2010 New Years (Fitness) Resolution??
(FYI-I completed mine #justsaying)
